Free delivery is included on all Piggl Furniture and accessories (except any Piggl Mattress Cushions when ordered without furniture) to UK mainland addreses only.
Due to rising delivery costs from couriers, all variants of Piggl Mattress Cushions will only be delivered free of charge if ordered at the same time as Piggl BIKE-BED / Piggl CAMPERVAN / Piggl FULL WIDTH / Piggl SIDE POD and included on the same pallet for delivery. If any mattress cushions are ordered afterwards or separately they will be posted via large parcel courier and charged at £40.00 for delivery.
Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for the processing, manufacture, packing and delivery of Piggl furniture and any mattresses. We will notify you when your order is ready to dispatch to arrange a suitable delivery date. Delivery will be made on a pallet and customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address and adequate space to accept the delivery.
Someone will need to be available all day to accept the delivery. The delivery company (Palletways) will normally deliver between 8am and 5pm on your specified date. Palletways may update you directly via text or email with an estimated delivery time slot, but this should only be taken as an estimate and the delivery times slot is subject to change – without updated notification – at any time due to traffic delays etc. We strongly recommend that you remain at the delivery address all day to accept the delivery. Missed deliveries will need to be re-arranged and are chargeable to you before another attempt is made.
All deliveries are of flat-pack and require self-assembly.
Delivery is only Monday - Friday. We cannot deliver at weekends or on bank holidays.
Overseas delivery is not currently available.
You can collect your flat-pack from us in Chester if you wish - we can lift one pallet size 1200 x 800 x 1000 mm maximum into a van. Please contact us at the time of order to discuss this option.
Any accessories purchased from our website alongside Piggl KITCHEN, Piggl BIKE-BED and Piggl CAMPERVAN will be included on the pallet to UK mainland addresses. Any accessories purchased separately from our website will be posted via registered courier or Royal Mail. Smaller items may not be sent via tracked delivery.

Please ensure that you have access to your property for a delivery vehicle with a tail lift and space to store the pallet indoors after delivery (pallet size approx. 1200 x 800 x 1000mm).

Although free pallet delivery is included on all orders, you can collect your flat-pack from us in Chester if you wish and we can lift a pallet (size: 1200 x 800 x 1000 mm) into your vehicle. Please contact us at the time of order to discuss this option.
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately via email info@piggl.co.uk if there is any visible damage or missing parts along with photos and we will resolve the problem as quickly as we can.
Please note: Some of the smooth black surfaces of your Piggl product may have some scratches or dents. This is an inevitable part of the CNC manufacturing process, but these 'B' surfaces will not be seen once the products are sanded, assembled and fitted into your van and in no way compromise the integrity of the product.
All orders are made-to-order, meaning that we hold no stock. If you no longer require your order please let us know as soon as possible after payment as we may be able to cancel and refund you before beginning manufacture. Once manufacture has commenced we are unable to refund you.
If after you have received your goods, you wish to return the item then it is the buyers responsibility to arrange and pay for a pallet delivery return to Piggl Ltd.
Refunds will only be given if the palletised goods are returned to us in an unused and re-saleable condition. No refund will be given if parts are missing, damaged or if they have been used or assembled and then taken apart as this destroys the integrity of any future assembly and renders the product unsaleable.

We endeavour to have your order manufactured, packed and delivered to you within 3 weeks from date of order (excluding weekends and bank holidays). We will of course update you throughout the process and notify you of the delivery date in advance so you can be home to accept it. Factory shut down over the Summer and Christmas periods may affect lead times.
