Refund policy
All products are made-to-order by our CNC and upholstery partner, then carefully checked, packed and dispatched by us, to you. As we currently use external machining, order fulfillment times may vary depending on availability with our CNC partner and availability of wood stock. Payments are non-refundable and once the machining stage of your order has begun we cannot change the order.
As all products are made to order they are non-refundable unless damaged in transit or made incorrectly by us. If you encounter a problem please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email: info@piggl.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
