These premium camper van cushions are custom made to follow the exact shape of Piggl BIKE-BED (and Piggl BIKE-BED WIDE SLOT) and we have carefully selected dual-density foam to provide comfortable sofa cushions to sit on and a supportive mattress to sleep on.
We believe in quality and durability and Piggl BIKE-BED Mattress Cushions are made to last - there are no cheap foam imports here! Each mattress is handmade to order by expert upholsterers located in Chester, UK who have over 30 years' experience creating beautiful upholstery for luxury yachts, homes and more - You won't find better quality.

- 7.5cm thick cushions made from dual-density (firm and medium-firm) foam.
- Dacron inner lining protects foam and makes removing covers easier.
- Comfortable and supportive when sat on or slept on by two adults.
- Mattress size: 190 x 122 x 7.5cm (L x W x H).
- Double or Small Double size bedding is suitable. We recommend adding a fitted sheet over the mattress cushions for sleeping on. A standard double fitted sheet is shown in photos.

The cushions are not held in stock. They will be made to order and current lead time is approximately 2-3 weeks.

Three cushions are provided (two seat cushions and one hinged backrest cushion). The three cushions form a slouch-style sofa when Piggl BIKE-BED is in its upright position, then transform into a mattress when Piggl BIKE-BED is converted down into a bed.
The seat cushions are shaped to fit the two seat panels of Piggl BIKE-BED.
The backrest cushions are connected with an integrated fly-joint and rest over the top of Piggl BIKE-BED in its upright seat position. All covers are removable with a sturdy zip fastening.
The cushions are provided with two sturdy Velcro straps that can be attached along each side to prevent movement whilst driving, and to keep cushions together when in use as a mattress.
All four cushions can be stored on the back shelf of Piggl BIKE-BED when the bike rack is in use.
DELIVERY OPTIONS:
1. Deliver with Furniture on Pallet: If you are placing an order for any Piggl flat-pack furniture + Piggl Mattress Cushions we will include your mattress onto the same pallet as one delivery. Once your order is ready to be dispatched we will contact you directly to discuss a suitable delivery date.
2. Post Mattress Cushions: If you are ordering Piggl Mattress Cushions only with no Piggl furniture, the mattress cushions will be packaged and posted via tracked courier as a large parcel which incurrs an additional postage fee.

Delivery is only Monday - Friday. We cannot deliver at weekends or bank holidays.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing, manufacture, packing and delivery of Piggl MATTRESS CUSHIONS. We will notify you when your order is ready to dispatch to arrange a suitable delivery date. Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address and adequate space to accept the delivery.

Covers are wipeable and can be cleaned in situ by lightly wiping with a damp cloth and warm water. Do not soak. Do not scrub. Regular hoovering with a soft bristle upholstery attachment is encouraged.
Covers are removable for occasional machine washing on a cool temperature. Wash all covers together, with zip fastenings closed, to avoid colour differences. Air dry only. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not scrub. Do not bleach.
